20 Months Baby!!!!
I've been the worst mommy blogger. I was just looking at my little luv bug
today and realized that I haven't blogged in ages.. I don't ever want to forget all Richardson's cuteness. When I started this blog, that was the point. It makes me sad to feel like the hustle & bustle of daily life is making my R grow even faster. I enjoy, more then anything, being a mommy to R.

~ R @ 20 Months ~
Loves his mama! 24/7 mama's boy (ps.. in case you didn't know: i LOVE it!!)
Loves "MELMO"
'melmo!,melmo!,melmo!!" every morning it's "bobble" then "melmo!"
(gotta get that melmo fix!)
Love playing "tackle" and "chases" with daddy
Loves his "bobble". still...
Loves hair, especially mama's (obviously..). It's his soother. little cutie! Hair stylist in the making!
Balls... soccer balls, footballs, baseballs, bouncy balls, wiffle balls, tennis balls, LOVES THEM ALL!!
Loves to dance! Gotta download a video. When Elmo dances, R dances. Cutest. boy. ever!
ALL Boy: jumps off everything, kicks walls & LOVES to be outside
Wakes up at 5:30 "mama, mama, mama, maaaaaammmmmma!!" Then it's snuggle time with mama and dada
R has discovered the dvd player in the car so now, it really is ELMO 24/7.
Loves TT (Tera Turner)
"mohr! mohr! mohr!" "MORE"
peaz! peaz! peaz! "PLEASE"
crazy excited jump up and down dance when I say we're going "bye bye"
Snuggle time with R playing with my hair. It doesn't get better.

Christmas is going to be SO. Much. Fun. with our little booger!! We can't wait!!

Richardson reacted to the Easter Bunny..., much like how he responded to his first interaction with Santa... "excuse me.., AND.., who are you, sir...?" Our boy is not easily scared, well...., unless you have a blow dryer or vacuum in your hand. If we don't want him in a room.., we just lay the blow dryer in the doorway. True fact. lol.
It was both Richardson and mommy's first Easter in Stuttgart. What a GREAT time we had! The Stuttgart Easter Bunny flies a crop-duster and drops hundreds of eggs behind the Stuttgart County Club. What a treat! So surprised that the plane didn't scare R... He loved it! Then.., on Easter Sunday, Mr. Bunny left R a cute painted sign and eggs at Ma'am and Pop's house. He did pretty well with the egg gathering. Dropping the eggs in his basket.., not so much. lol It was adorable!
What a perfect weekend!

Rubber Duckies All Around!

Last month, Richardson had his 1st bday party!! We bbq'd, enjoyed the company of family and friends and celebrated the monumental first year of the sweetest boy we know! He was a trooper. Especially loved his rubber ducky bday cake! Richardson, much like Paris Hilton.., had two celebrations. The weekend before and then on his actual birthday, April 5. Ma'am stayed in town for the 2nd party. This boy sure is LOVED!

Spring!...,here we are.. Hopefully.

Last Monday it snowed 5 inches. Since then it's been 70 degrees everyday. I'm believing that our spring has started. One can only hope! We're all SO ready to be outside everyday. Especially Richardson! Spring means birthdays, the cutest little monster is turning 1!, completion on our new house (hopefully..) and sunshine on our skin!!

So much to catch up on.

Our baby is 11 months old! I realized yesterday I hadn't blogged about his last couple months so I'm taking the time to remember all those milestones we've covered. So many!

R is saying "Mamamamamamamamaaa" and "Dadaaaaaaddada". Started around 8 months, then stopped. Now they're back and he knows who he's talking about. I'm pretty sure that the "actual" first word was none other then, MAMA. ;)

We started crawling in November. In Feb at 10 months, R took his first step. At 11 months, he's off to the races. I can't catch him! He loves being mobile. He can finally explore his little world! I can't baby-proof enough! He loves the toilet. Can't keep him out of it. And the toilet paper roll is just "oh so" interesting for our little guy. Loves to see how many times he can unroll it in a day. More then anything else, R is obsessed with wheels. Wants to stare at them, touch them and taste them. Stroller wheels, mom's car wheels, bike wheels...,ALL wheels. I'm pretty good at keeping him away from those dirty things, but unfortunately.., he's gotten a couple tastes. (no car wheels, thank goodness!!!!) I'm constantly cleaning his hands and mouth these days. He LOVES fans. Celling fans, paper fans, floor fans. It's one of his favorite daily activities. The floor fan in our room is like his friend. HE likes to tease it. He'll get right in front and then back off quickly. over and over.

We have chompers! R has 8 teeth. Chews his food, fingers, my toes, etc.. ANd he gives the best wet kisses! Request a kiss and you will get one from this guy. He still loves the bath and brushing his teeth is on the top of his "favorite daily activities".

Our sweet little boy is growing so quickly. He loves his mommy and daddy. Especially his daddy.. lately.

We LOVE you so much little Richardson!! We are so blessed to have you.

R's first Christmas, 2010!

2 very busy months = no blogging... 2011 will be better.

Dear Santa,

I'm not sure about you, but I'm not scared of you.

PS. My favorite toys are wires, paper and remotes.

Scottsdale 2010

We had an amazing time in Scottsdale. It was so great to see where Uncle Matt lives and have a little R&R... well, in our case, R&R&R. Richardson is such a good little traveler. That is, besides the 3 dirty diapers on the plane ride home.... ;-)

Richardson's six month checkup!

29 inches
21.5 lbs
Still 95%!!

The pillowcase says "Mrs. Smith"... Looks like someone has lost her spot.
Uncle Matt!
Richardson's first Cardinal game. Too bad our Cards didn't do so well this year!
